RESOLVED THAT we do now proceed into closed meeting session in
accordance with the Municipal Act to discuss the following matters under
Municipal Act Section 239 (3.1):
Closed Meeting Item #1: New Council & Committee of the Whole Structure
Council Training Session
(3.1) A meeting of a council or local board or of a committee of either of them
may be closed to the public if the following conditions are both satisfied:
1. The meeting is held for the purpose of educating or training the members.
2. At the meeting, no member discusses or otherwise deals with any matter in
a way that materially advances the business or decision -making of the council,
local board or committee.

Manager of Administrative Services/Deputy Clerk be received and filed.

11. Motion to Adopt Recommendations from the Committee of the Whole

RESOLVED THAT we do now adopt recommendations of the Committee of the
Whole.

12. Consideration of By -Laws
12.1 By -Law No. 25-15 Confirmation
BEING a By -Law to Confirm Proceedings of the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the County of Elgin at the March 25, 2025 Special Meeting.

Seconded by: Councillor Sloan
RESOLVED THAT By -Law No. 25-15 be now read a first, second and third
time and finally passed.
