The meeting was called to order at 9.04 a.m. with Warden Jones in the chair.

RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the January 24, 2025 Human Resources
Committee meeting be approved as presented.

RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the meeting held on May 14, 2024 be adopted.
