08-14COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 08-14 "BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 06-10 BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH A PAY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THE JOB EVALUATION SCALE" WHEREAS By-Law No. 06-10 presently establishes pay schedules for positions not covered by agreements or otherwise; and WHEREAS it is necessary to amend the position descriptions contained within said By-Law; and WHEREAS it is necessary to establish or to make changes to the remuneration to be paid to the persons holding these positions. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts as follows: 1. THAT Schedule "A" to By-Law No. 06-10 be and is hereby repealed and replaced by Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law. 2. THAT Schedule "B" to By-Law No. 06-10 be and is hereby amended for the year 2008 and replaced by Schedule "B" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law. 2. THAT By-Law No. 06-10 be and the same is hereby amended. 3. THAT this By-Law become effective on the first pay of 2008.
