1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. with Tom Marks in the chair.
2. Approval of Agenda

RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the February 24, 2026 Elgin/Central Elgin Joint
Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting be approved as presented.

6.1 Manager of Human Resources - Joint Annual Accessibility Status
Report 2026
The Manager of Human Resources presented the Joint Annual
Accessibility Status Report 2025 for the Committee's feedback and
approval.

RESOLVED THAT the report titled "Joint Annual Accessibility Status
Report 2025" be approved.

6.2 Manager of Human Resources - Multi -Year Accessibility Plan (verbal)
The Manager of Human Resources provided a verbal update to the
Committee detailing that a new Multi -Year Accessibility Plan will need to
be developed in 2026 in coordination with the Local Municipal Partners
and will be brought to the Committee for feedback and final adoption to
meet compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
as the current plan ends at the end of 2026.

6.3 Manager of Human Resources -Accessibility Week 2026 (verbal)
The Manager of Human Resources provided a verbal update on
Accessibility Week 2026 which will take place June 1 - 5, 2026.
6.4 Manager of Human Resources - AODA Compliance Audit 2026

The Manager of Human Resources provided a verbal update on the AODA
Compliance Audit 2025.

Manager of Human Resources be received and filed; and
RESOLVED THAT the verbal report on the AODA Compliance Audit 2025

6.5 Manager of Human Resources -Accessibility Open House 2026

The Manager of Human Resources provided a verbal update on
Accessibility Week 2026.

The Manager of Human Resources provided an update on the Fingal
Reconstruction Project and sought feedback from the Committee on the
project.
