By-Law No. 42
"TO REPEAL THAT PART OF BY-LAW NUMBER 38 WHICH RELATES TO
THE EXPENDITURE OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED POUNDS ON THE
TOWNSHIP LINE BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIPS OF YARMOUTH AND MALA-
HIDE."
Passed 5th June 1856.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
County of Elgin:-
That so much of By-Law number Thirty-eight as
relates to the expenditure of One hundred pounds on the
Township line between the Townships of Yarmouth and Mala-
hide south of the fourth concession of Yarmouth be and
the same is hereby repealed.
AND IT IS FURTHER enacted that the sum of Fifty
pounds be granted to the Township of Malahide and the sum
of fifty pounds to the Township of Yarmouth for the im-
provement of Roads and Bridges in said Townships and that
the said sums bê expended as the Reeves and Deputy Reeves
of said Townships may direct.
