TO CONFIRM BY-LAW NUMBER 99 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MALAHIDE TO
DISPOSE OF A CERTAIN ORIGINAL ROAD ALLOWANCE IN SAID TOWNSHIP."
Passed 22 June 1864
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Malahide on
the seventh day of December A.D. 1863, passed By-Law Number
99, to convey to Isaac Chambers the original allowance for
road between the north parts of lots number twenty-five and
twenty-six in the North Gore øf the said Township of Malahide.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the County
of Elgin by virtue of the 343 Section ó;fJ the Act 22 Victoria
Chapter 54 of the Consolidated Statutes of Upper Canada.
AND IT IS HEREBY enacted that sàid By-Law Number
99 of the Municipality of the Township of Malahide be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
AND IT IS ALSO enacted that this By-Law shall be in
force from and after the date of passing thereof.
