208 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 208 TO APPOINT A PERSON TO TAKE THE CENSUS OF THE VILLAGE ºF AYLM~R". Passed in Council 28th January 1871 WHEREAS certain Inhabitants of the Village of Aylmer have petitioned the County Council of the County of Elgin to appoint a person to take the census of said Village and its immediate neighbourhood. BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Corporation of the County of Elgin in County Council assembled and under authority of tenth section of the Municipal Institutions Act 29-30 Victoria Chapter 51. That the census of the unincorporated Village of Aylmer and its immediate neighbourhood be taken and that William Campbell of Aylmer is hereby authorized and directed to take the census of said Village and neighbourhood as comprised within the following lands viz The South Twenty-five acres of: Lot Nine - The South Seventy-five acres of: Lot Ten - The South Seventy-five acres of: Lot Eleven-The South Fifty acres of: Lot Twelve-in the Seventh Concession of the Township of Malahide and the North Fifty acres of Lot Nine. The North Ninety acres of Lot Ten, the North Ninety acres of Lot Eleven. The North Twenty-five acres of Lot Twelve in the Sixth Concession of said Township of Malahide in said County of Elgin. AND IT IS ALSO enacted that said census be completed and returned by Twentieth day of June A.D. 1871, and that this By-Law shall take effect from and after the Twenty-eighth day of January A.D. 1871.
