218 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 218 TO mAKE CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY LINES AND BRIDGES". Passed 26th January 1872 WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to make certain appropriations for the improvement of County lines and Bridges. BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Cprporation of the County of Elgin in County Council assembled - That the sum of fifty dollars be granted towards the repair of the southern approach of the Wardsville Bridge and that Charles A. O'Malley be Commissioner to expend the amount. That the sum of fifty dollars be granted towards the making of the approach to the Bothwell Bridge on the southerly side of the River Thames and that the sum of ninety dollars be granted towards the erection of a Toll House at said bridge and that Charles O'Malley be a commis- sioner to expend said amounts on behalf of this County.
