TO CONFIRM BY-LAW NUMBER 320 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
RESPECTING A CERTAIN ROAD IN THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM".
WHEREAS it is recited under sub-section two of
Section Number 441 of the Municipal Institution Act of
1873 that no By-Law for sale or stopping any original
allowance for road shall have force unless confirmed by
a By-Law of the Council of the County in which the
Township is situate, passed at an ordinary session of the
County Council held not sooner than three months nor later
than one year next after the passing thereof.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Corporation of
the County of Elgin in Council assembled that By-Law
Number 320 of the Townshi4 of Bayham passed on the ninth
day of November A. D. 187 be and the same is hereby con-
firmed.

WrĊREAS application having been made to the Muni-
cipal Council of the Township of Bayham to change and amend
By-Law (No. 168) of the said Township, wherein a certain road
was laid out and established, as passing through or crossing
the north end of Lots Numbers one hundred and twenty-one,
one hundred and twenty-two and one hundred and twenty-three
in the Seventh Concession of the said Township of Bayham
and to change and alter the said road to a road of two
rods in width.

AND WHEREAS due notices of such intended
in the said road has been given as required by law.
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of
Bayham, heard either in person or Counc.il or agent, all
person or persons who petitioned to be' heard against the
passage of such intended By-Law.
THEREFORE BE IT enacted by the Corporation of the
Township of Bayham, that the said road referred to in By-Law
(No. 168) be changed from a road of four rods in width to a
road of two rods in width, which said road may be better
described and known as follows -
THAT IS TO SAY - "Commencing at the north west
angle of Lot No. 121 on the north side of Talbot Road east
thence following the limit between the range of lots butting
on the north side of said Talbot Road east and the lots in
the north gore (S.53°E) 31.03 more or less to a post. Thence
still following said line (S.820E) 37c.53 more or less to the
north east angle of Lot No. 123 north on said Talbot Road
east said above courses and distances to be the northerly
boundry of allowance for road of a uniform least width of
two rods or (one half chain)".
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the corporation of
the Township of Bayham in Coµncil assembled that the above
described road referred to in By-Law No. 168 of this Town-
ship shall be and is hereby established as a public high-
way of two rods in width.
