TO CONFIRM BY-LAW NUMBER 223 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH-
WOLD TO CONVEY TO ALEXANDER McINTYRE A CERTAIN ROAD ALLOW-
ANCE".

BE IT enacted by the Corporation of the County
of Elgin in County Council assembled -
THAT By-Law Number 223 of the Township of
Southwold passed on the sixth day of September, 1875 to
convey a part of road allowance on the east half of lot
Number Thirteen in the First Concession of the Township
of Southwold to Alexander McIntyre be and the same is
hereby confirmed.
