275 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 275 TO APPOINT A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO INQUIRE INTO THE COM- PLAINTS OF ROBERT DAVIDSON AND OTHERS RESPECTING THE ALTERATION OF SCHOOL SECTION NUMBER 21 IN MALAHIDE". WHEREAS complaint has been made to this Council of the County of Elgin against the action of the Council of the Township of Malahide respecting the altering of School Section Number Twenty-one of the said Township of Malahide. BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the County of Elgin that D. J. Hughes, County Judge, F. A. Butler, County Inspector of Schools, James Martin, Edward Hegles and Ewin Cameron be and are hereby appointed under the 9th sub-section of section 61 of the consolidated School Act to examine into the matter of complaint of John Davidson and others respecting said School Section. AND IT shall be the duty of said Committee to proceéd with the investigation upon the deposit of fifty dollars by said complainants as security for costs in case of failure to make out their case before said committee.
