281 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 281 "TO APPOINT A SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON SCHOOL SECTIONS NUMBER ELEVEN AND SIXTEEN OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM". Passed 22nd June 1876. WHEREAS complaint has been made to this Council against the action of the>Council of the Township of Bayham respecting the altering of School Sections number eleven and number sixteen of the Township of Bayham. BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the County of Elgin - That David J. Hughes, County Judge, F. A. Butler, County Inspector of Schools and Messrs. Cameron, Hegler and Martin be and are hereby,·.,appointed under the 9th sub-section of section 61 of the Consolidated School Act to examine into the matter of complaints of the Trustees of said school sec- tion number eleven of the Township of Bayham.
