By-Law No. 295
TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY TREASURER TO BORROW THE SUM OF TEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR PAYMENT OF IMMEDIATE LIABILITIES."
BE IT ENACTED by the County Council of the County
of Elgin -
That the Warden and Treasurer of the County be
authorized to borrow the sum of ten thousand dollars for
the purpose of paying the immediate liabilities of the
County until the County Rates are paid by the several
Municipa¡ities during the year 1877.
