WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to borrow the
sum of five thousand dollars for the immediate liabili-
ties of the County of Elgin.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Municipal Cor-
poration of the County of Elgin -
That the Warden and Treasurer be and are here-
by authorized to borrow the sum of five thousand dollars
to meet the immediate liabilities of the County.
