COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 316 (B)
"TO GRANT A CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR THE REPAIR OF THE PORT
.sTANLEY BRIDGE."
WHEREAS the Port Stanley Bridge, having been
reported out of repair, it is deemed necessary to make
provision for the repair thereof.
BE IT ENACTED by the Corporation of the County
of Elgin
That the sum of ninety dollars be granted to
repair the Port Stanley Bridge.
And thèCounty Engineer is hereby authorized
to give a contract for the work.
And the County Treasurer is authorized to pay
the said amount or so much thereof as may be required on
certificate of the Engineer certifying that the work has
been properly done and countersigned by the Warden of the
County.
