By-Law No. 337
"TO CONFIRM BY-LAW NUMBERS 366, 367 1. OF THE
TQWNSHIP OF YARMOUTH, TO CLOSE UP AND ESTABLISH CERTAIN
ROAD ALLOWANCES".
Passed June 1880.
BE IT enacted by the Corporation of the County
of Elgin, under and by virtue of the 528 Section of the
Municipal Institutions Act.
THAT By-Laws Numbers 366, 367, 368 passed by the
Municipal Council of the Township of Yarmouth, on the first
day of September 1879 and By-Law Number 371, passed on the
twelfth day of January 1880, to close up portions of orig-
inal road allowances in the said Township of Yarmouth as
therein mentioned and set forth are hereby confirmed by
this Council.
