By-Law No. 346
"TO BORROW THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR IMMEDIATE
LIABLILITIES" .
Passed June 9th, 1881.
BE IT ENACTED by the Corporation of the County of
Elgin in County Council assembled, and under and by virtue
of the Municipal Institutions Act.
THAT the Warden and Treasurer of the County of
Elgin be authorized to borrow the sum of fifteen thousand
dollars from the Molsons Bank in such sums as may be re-
quired to meet the liabilities of the County that may be
due before the taxes are paid'into the County Treasury.
