TO CONFIRM BY-LAW NUMBER 290 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DUNWICH
WHEREAS By-law Number 290 of the Township of Dunwich
was passed on the 27th day of May A. D. 1881 to dispose of part
of the original allowance for road between the eleventh and
twelfth concessions of the Township of Dunwich extending from
the line between lots fifteen and fourteen westerly to the banks
of Lake Erie. is in the opinion of the Municipal Council of
Dunwich useless to the public and should be disposed of.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Corporation of the
County of Elgin in County Council assembled that By-law number
290 of the Township of Dunwich be and is hereby confirmed.

A BY-LAW TO DISPOSE OF PART OF THE ORIGINAL ALLOWANCE F03 ROAD
BETWEEN THE ELEVENTH AND TWE~FTH CONCESSIONS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
DUNWICH
WHEREAS that portion of the original allowance for
road between the eleventh and twelfth concessions of the Town-
ship of Dunwich extending from the liné between lots fifteen and
fourteen westerly to the banks of Lake Erie is in the opinion
of the Municipal Council of the Township of Dunwich useless to
the public and should be disposed of. The party adjoining said
road allowance having applied to said Council to have said road
allowance sold and disposed of.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Municipal Council of the
of Dunwich in Council assembled -
Township
That that portion of the original allowance for road
between the eleventh and twelfth ëohcessions of the Township of
Dunwich exteuding westerly from the line between lots fourteen
and fifteen to the banks of Lake Erie be sold by the Council of
the Township of Dunwich said portion of said road allowance being
sixty six feet in width and thirty five rods long and contain-
ing seven-eighths of an acre more or less
