TO PROVIDE FOR THE ERECTION OF ABRIDGE ACROSS TrÅ’ OTTER
CREEK ON THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE COUNTIES OF ELGIN

AND NORFOLK".
Passed 8th June 1882
WHEREAS the Bridge across the Otter Creek on the
boundary between ~he Counties of Elgin and Norfolk is re-
ported in a dangerous state, it is desirable that is should
be repaired or rebuilt.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Corporation of the
County of Elgin -
That, the County Engineer be authorized to examine
the Bridge across the Otter Creek on the boundary between the
Counties of Elgin and Norfolk and if necessary order it to
be rebuilt.
Provided always that the County of Norfolk agrees
to pay one half the cost of the expenses attending the
erection thereof.
And the County Treasurer is hereby autho~ized to
pay the orders for one half the expense of said Bridge.
