By-Law No. 379
"TO FIX THE SALARY OF THE COUNTY ENGINEER
Passed 8 June 1883
BE IT enacted by the Municipal Council of the County
of Elgin.
That the salary of James A. Bell, County Engineer,
be and is hereby fixed at the sum of two hundred and fifty
dollars per annum and that he be allowed the sum of fifty
dollars per annum of expenses.
That this By-Law number 364 be and is hereby amended
accordingly.
That this By-Law came into force and take effect
from and after the 30th day of June 1883.
