TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2')9".
Passed 31st January 1885
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-Law
No. 259 by changing the name "Wallacetown High School Dis-
trict" to "Dutton High School District" and to appoint a
Board of Trustees for said High School District.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Municipal Cor-
poration of the County of Elgin in Council assembled'and
under and by virtue of the High School Act:
THAT By-Law No. 259 be amended by changing the
name "Wallacetown High School District",to "Dutton High
School District" and that the following be appointed a
Board of Trustees for said District.
W. S. Jackson and Angus McPherson, for a term
of one year ending 31st December 1885, D. C. Leitch and
A. N. C. Black for a term of two years andA. McIntyre and
A. J. Leitch for a term of three years.
