420 COUNTY OF KillIN By-Law No. 420 TO CONFIRM BY-LAW NO. 4" OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM Passed 28 January 1886 WHEREAS By-Law No. 4JJ of the Township of Bayham in the County of Elgin was passed on the 3rd day of August 1885, to reopen a certain road running through lots no. 17 18 and 19 in the 10th concession of Bayham. AND WHEREAS it is desirous that said By-Law should be confirmed as required by Section 566 of the Consolidated Municipal Act of 188J. THEREFORE the County Council of the County of Elgin enacts- That By-Law No. 433 of the Township of Bayham be and the same is hereby confirmed. Council Chamber St. Thomas 28 January 1886 K. W. (Cont'd) By-Law No. 420 Page 2 TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM By-Law No. 433 "A BY-LAW TO REOPEN A CERTAIN ROAD RUNNING THROUGH LOTS NO. 17, 18 AND 19 IN THE TENTH CONCESSION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM". WHEREAS a certain road running through lots no. 17, 18 and 19 in the tenth concession of the Township of Bayham has by By-Law of said township been closed or stop- ped up. AND WHEREAS it has become known to the said Munici- pal Council the closing of said road presents certain parties of means of ingress and egress to their lands over said road. BE IT THEREFORE enacted that the above mentioned road be and the same is hereby declared to be open for public travel and all persons having any fence or other obstruction on said road are hereby notified to remove said obstructions immediately from said road. AND BE IT further enacted by the said Municipal Council that any and all By-Laws passed by the said Council in connection with this said road af'e hereby repealed in so far as they conflict with this By-Law.
