TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 419 PASSED ON THE 29th DAY OF JANUARY
1886 FOR LICENSING, REGULATING AND GOVERNING HAWKERS OR
PETTY CHAPMEN".
Passed June 2nd 1886.
BE IT enacted by the County Council of the
County of Elgin -
That Section five of By-Law No. 419 passed on
the 29th day of January 1886 for licensing, regulating and
governing hawkers or petty chapmen be and the same is here-
by amended by striking out the words "Thirty Days" and in-
serting the words "Twenty";'One Days" instead thereof.
