By-Law No. 442
TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 4'31 AND FIX THE SALARY OF THE CARE-
TAKER OF THE COURT HOUSE AND OFFICES".
Passed 16th November 1887
BE IT enacted by the County Council of the
County of Elgin -
That By-Law No. 431 be and is hereby amended as
follows:
I That the salary of the caretaker of the Court
House and offices be and is hereby fixed at the sum, of
two hundred and fifty dollars per year, commencing on the
first day of December 1887.
II That the Caretaker be and is hereby required to
look after the offices occupied by Mr. D. McLaws, Clerk of
the County Court etc. in addition to the duties imposed by
By-Law No. 431.
