TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF HIGH
SCHOOLS AND COLLEGIATE INSTITUTES IN THE COUNTY OF ELGIN

The County Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin pursuant to the High School Act 1891
enacts.
That the following grants be made to the High
Schools in the County of Elgin for the year 1892.
Aylmer Collegiate Institute, two hundred dollars.
St. Thomas Collegiate Institute, the sum of one
thousand, four hundred dollars.
Dutton High School, one thousand, eight hundred
dollars.
Vienna High School, nine hundred dollars.
The said Council further enacts that said grants
be made on condition that all pupils attending said
schools from the County of Elgin are admitted free.
The County Council also enacts that the sum of
one hundred and fifty dollars be granted to the County
Model School on condition that all County pupils are
admitted to said school free of charge.
