553 · · · COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 553 Tº-~ONF~RM BY-LAW NO. 632 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MALAHIDE Passed 31st January 1896 WHEREAS By-Law No. 632 of the Township of Malahide was passed on the 19th day of October 1895, to close up and dispose of an original allowance for road situate in the Township of Malahide being that portion of road known as the east part of the tenth concession Malahide, opposite lots nos. 32, 33, 34 and 35 in said township as said road allowance has never been used nor required for road purposes. AND WrŒREAS it is desirable that said By-Law 632 should be confirmed. BE IT TrŒREFORE enacted by the County Council of the County of Elgin that said By-Law No. 632 of the Township of Malahide be and the same is hereby confirmed. Council Chamber Richard Locker st. McKay County Clerk See By-Law No 632 Township of Malahide · · · · · · · · · · (Cont'd) · Bayham THENCE east three hundred and twenty rods to Town Line, thence north 4 rods thence west three · That the original allowance for road known as the tenth concession comprising all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land premises situate lying and being in the Township of Malahide commencing at a certain stake planted on the north west corner of lot no. 32 in the ninth concession · BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Municipal of the Corporation of the Township of Malahide in Council assembled · Council AND WHEREAS the Council has determined and agreed to close and dispose of the said original allowance for road hereinafter described, and convey the same to the said George A. Moore, Allen Moore, Charles M. Brown and Francis Summers for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars · AND WHEREAS public notice has been given as required by the Municipal Act of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, of the intention of this Council to pass a By-Law for closing and disposing of said original allowance for road and all persons whose lands might be prejudicially affected thereby have been heard who petitioned to be so heard. -. AND WHEREAS George A. Moore, Mary E. Little, Charles M. Brown, H. Allen Moore, H.M. Cascadden and Francis Summers having petitioned the Council to convey to George A. Moore, Allen Moore, Charles M.
