That the County Clerk be and is hereby instructed to act as Secretary of the Special Building Committee to keep a minute of their proceedings and of all orders issued on the Treasurer in connection with the work 2. That the Warden be and is hereby authorized to execute such contracts as may be necessary for carrying out the Court House improvements ordered by this Council or by the Special Building Committee hereby appointed · (d) It shall be the duty of the committee to appoint a sub committee or the Chairman to make inspections of the work as it progresses and to issue orders on the Treasurer in accordance with the Architects estimates and certificates of the work performed · (c) To receive tenders as required and to award contracts, provided the total cost of the work of rebuilding and enlarging does not exceed $33,000. in which case it shall be the duty of the committee to report all contracts, tenders, etc. to this Council for their confirmation. · · (b) To see that the plans approved of in general by this County Council are carried out, and to decide on all matters of detail, changes or alterations that may be suggested by the Architects, in connection with the plans, as the work progresses · (a) To take complete charge of all work connected with the rebuilding and enlarging of the Court House 1.
