By-Law No. 590
TO APPOINT TRUSTEES OF THE HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTY
OF ELGIN".
Passed January 27th 1899
The County Council of the County of Elgin
under the authority of the High Schools Act 1891, enacts
That F. Inman be appointed a Trustee of the
Vienna High School for a term of three years.
That J.J. Nairn be appointed Trustee of the
Aylmer Collegiate Institute for a term of three years
That J. Cascadden, M.D. be appointed Trustee of
the Dutton High School for a term of three years.
That David Cowan be appointed Trustee of the
st. Thomas Collegiate Institute for one year in place
of Samuel Day, resigned.
And that Frank Bennett be appointed Trustee of
said st. Thomas Collegiate Institute for three years
