TO APPOINT COUNTY AUDITORS FOR THE YEAR 1900."
Passed 27th January, 1900
WHEREAS under the authority of the Municipal Act,
every Municipal Council is required to appoint àt its first
meeting in every year two Auditors.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the
Municipal Corporation of the County of Elgin under the
authority aforesaid
That Andrew Murray and W. A. Galbraith be and are
hereby appointed Auditors to examine and report upon all ac-
counts affecting the Corporation of the County of Elgin or
relating to any matter under its control or within its juris-
diction as required by Statute or ordér in Council and also
all accounts of school monies received or paid by the County
Treasurer for the year ending 31st December, 1899
And that sàid Auditors be paid the sum of forty dol-
lars each for their services.
