TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND TREASURER TO BORROW FIFTEEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS."

The County Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts -
That the Warden and Treasurer be and are hereby
authorized to borrowDthe sum of fifteen thousand dollars
as it may be required to meet the current expenditures of
the Corporation of the County of Elgin during 1901 and to
give as security therefor, notes of one thousand dollars
each.
