By-Law No. 645
TO APPOINT COUNTY AUDITORS FOR THE YEAR 190 "
Passed March 6th, 190J
WHEREAS under the authority of the Municipal
Act, every Municipal Council is required to appoint at
its first meeting in every year, two Auditors.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the
Municipal Corporation of the County of Elgin under the
authority aforesaid
That Andrew Murray and W. A. Galbraith be and
are hereby appointed Auditors to examine and report upon
all accounts affecting the Corporation of the County of
Elgin or relating to any matter under its control or
within its jurisdiction as required by Statute or Order
in Council and also all accounts of school monies re-
ceived or paid by the County Treasurer for the year end-
ing )lst December 1902.
And that said Auditors be paid the sum of forty
dollars each for their services.
