By-Law No. 659
"TO APPOINT A BOARD OF AUDIT IN THE COUNTY OF ELGIN FOR
THE YEAR 1904."
Passed 29th January 1904.
BE IT enacted by the Council of the Municipal Cor-
poration of the County of Elgin.
That the Judge of the County Court, and A. J. Leitch
be and are hereby appointed members of the Board of Audit
to perform the duties required of them by Chapter 84, R.S.O
That the members of the said Board be paid the sum
of four dollars per day, for their services and five cents
per mile, in going to and from such audit.
