TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND TREASURER TO BORROW TWENTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS."

The County Council of the Corporation of the County
of Elgin enacts;
That the Warden and Treasurer be and are hereby
authorized to borrow the sum of twenty thousand dollars, as
it may be required to meet the current expenditure of the
Corporation of the County of Elgin during 1904 and to give
as security therefore notes of one thousand dollars each.
