"TO APPOINT A TRUSTEE OF THE VIENNA HIGH SCHOOL
Passed November 19th 1904
The County Council of Elgin enacts:
That Mr. Fred Thornwaite be appointed Trustee of
the Vienna High School in place of Mr. J. W. Cochrane who
has left the District to hold office until the 1st. Feb-
ruary, 1905.
And that By-Law No. 66J be amended accordingly.
