TO APPOINT COUNTY AUDITORS FOR THE YEAR 190'5"
Passed 26 January 1906
WHEREAS under the authority of the Municipal
Act every municipal council is required to appoint at its
first meeting in every year, two auditors.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the
Municipal Corporation of the County of Elgin under the
authority aforesaid -
That Andrew Murray and W. A. Galbraith be, and
are hereby, appointed Auditors to examine and report upon
all accounts affecting the Corporation of the County of
Elgin, or relating to any matter under its control or
within its jurisdiction, as required by Statute or Order
in Council.
And also all accounts of school moneys received
or paid by the County Treasurer for the year ending the
31st December 1905.
And that said auditors be paid the sum of sixty
dollars each for their services.
