695 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 695 "TO APPOINT ARBITRATORS TO DECIDE SCHOOL SECTION APPEALS" Passed 9th June 1906. THE County Council of the County of Elgin enacts That the County Judge, Public School Inspector and M. E. Lyon of the Town of Aylmer be and are hereby appointed Arbitrators, to consider appeal from decision of Township Council, in reference to the formation of a new school section and the alteration of the boundaries of School Sections 1J, 18 and 19 in the Township of Yarmouth That the County Judge, the Public School Inspector and E.A. Hugill of the Village of Rodney be and are hereby appointed Arbitrators to consider appeal from the decision of the Council of the Township of Dunwich in reference to the formation of a new school section in said township Council Chamber St. Thomas June 9th 1906.
