712 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 712 "TO APPOINT COUNTY AUDITORS FOR THE YEAR 1906 Passed 26th January 1907. WHEREAS under the authority of the Municipal Act, every Municipal Council is required to appoint at its first meeting in every year two Auditors. BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of the Mun- icipal Corporation of the County of Elgin, under the author- ity aforesaid: That Andrew Murray and W. A. Galbraith be and hereby are appointed Auditors to examine and report upon all! accounts affecting the Corporation of the County of Elgin or rel~~ing to any matter under its control or within its jurisdiction as required by Statute of Order-in-Council, and also all ac:counts of school moneys received or paid by the County Treasure¡r for the year ending 31st December 1906.
