"TO APPOINT A TRUSTEE FOR THE VIENNA HIGH SCHOOL
The County Council of the County of Elgin enacts
That Charles O. Gardner be appointed Trustee of the
~ienna High School for the balance of the year in place of
Thomas Milton who has removed from the Cøunty.
