COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 720
"TO FIX THE FEES TO BE PAID TO JURORS"
The County Council enacts,
That every Grand and Petit Juror attending the
High Court or General Sess~ons of the Peace or County Courts
of the County of Elgin, shall be paid the sum of fifty cents
per day for every day he attends such court in addition to
the sum of two dollars per day and mileage fixed by Section
142 of the Jurors Act.
