By-Law No. 728
TO APPOINT COUNTY AUDITORS FOR THE YEAR 190 ..
Passed 1st February, 1908
WHEREAS under the authority of the Municipal Act,
every Municipal Council is required to appoint at its first
meeting in every year, two Auditors.
BE IT THEREFORE enacted by the Council of thE~
Municipal Corporation of the County of Elgin under the
authority aforesaid -
That Andrew Murray and W. A. Galbraith be and here-
by are appointed Auditors to examine and report upon all ac-
counts affecting the Corporation of the County of Elgin or
relating to any matter under its control, or wi thin i ti3 juris-
diction, as required by Statute or Order in Council; and also
all accounts of school moneys received or paid by the County
Treasurer for the year ending 31 December, 1907
And that said Auditors be paid the sum of sixty
dollars each for their services.
