TO THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATION

"TO AUTHORIZE ANNUAL

WHEREAS the Municipal Officers of the County of Elgin
have formed an Association known as the Elgin Municipal Associ-
ation.
AND ~ffiEREAS this Council is desirous of encouraging
the attendance of the Clerks and Treasurers at the meetings
of the Association.
The County Council of the County of Elgin enacts
That the County Treasurer be and is hereby author-
ized to pay the Clerks and Treasurers of the local municipalities
who may attend the annual meetings of the Association. the sum
of two dollars each and five cents per mile travelled to and
from such attendance.
Said amounts to be paid on the certificate of the
Secretary of the Association.
