759 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 759 "TO AlV1END BY-LAW NO. 754". WHEREAS By-Law No. 754 was passed by this Council on the 20th November 1909 and by error the yearly levy and schedule of payments in the third paragraph thereof are based upon a five percent rate of interest instead of a four and one half per cent rate as intended and provided by the said By-Law. AND WHEREAS it is necessary to amend said By-Law to correct the said error.
