TO APPOINT A BOARD OF AUDIT IN THE COUNTY OF ELGIN FOR THE
YEAR 1911".
Passed 27th January, 1911"
BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Municipal
Corporation of the County of Elgin,
That the Judge of the County Court and John E.
Lindsay be and are hereby appointed members of the Board of
Audit, to perform the duties required of them by Chapter 85
R. s. O.
That the members of the said Board be paid the
sum of four dollars per day for their services and five cents
per mile in going to and from such audit.
