909 COUNTY OJ:" ELGIN By-Law No. 909 TO AMEND BY-LAW NO ~. Passed 25th January, 1918 The Elgin County Council enacts I That By-Law humber 902 be amended by designa- ting roads numbered 42, 43, 44 and 45 as follows: 42. The road in the Township of Malahide between conces- sions one and two, lots 11 to 25. Road between lots 25 and 26 in second concession. Road between concessions two and three, lots 26 to 30 Road between lots 30 and 31 in second concession. Road between concessions one and two, lots 31 to 35. 1+3. The road in the Township of Malahide between the third and fourth concessions, lots 21 to 30. Road between lots 30 and 31 in concession three. 44. In the Police Village of Port Burwell, in the Town- ship of Bayham, from the intersection of v1Jellington and Erius streets as shovm in Registered Plan No. 112, Erius street in a northerly and easterly direction to the northern boundary of the said Village where it connects with the old plank road running northerly and north-easterly through said Township to the townline between Bayham and Middleton (Acacia), save and except the portion within the Village of Vienna. 45. The road in Tovmship of Bayham between the first and second concessions from the Malahide townline easterly and southerly to Chatham street in the Unincorporated Village of Port Burwell as shown in Registered Plan No. 112, thence along Chatham street to Bridge street to Robinson street to Wellington street to Erius street connecting with Road number L,4.
