TO FIX 'rURNKEY'S SALARY".

The County Council of the County of Elgin enacts
That the salary of the Turnkey of the County Gaol
be and is hereby fixed at the sum of twelve hundred dollars
per annum commencing with the 1st of January, 1920.
That all By-Laws heretofore passed in this behalf
be and the same are hereby repealed.
