'ro AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND TREASURER TO BORROW THE SUlVl
OF ONE HUNDRED 'rHOUSAND DOLLARS".
The Elgin County Council enacts,
That the Warden and Treasurer be and are hereby
authorized to bor;çow the sum of one hundred thousand dollars
as maybe required to meet the current expenditures of the
Corporation of the County of Elgin during 1920 and give as
security therefor notes of one thousand dollars each.
