A. By-Law to Provide for Taking the Votes of the mlectors
on a Proposed By-Law to Make a Grant to Aid in the Con-
strnction ofa Memorial I-Iospital in St.Thoraas.
\\'IŒIŒAS a propo¡'Jed By-kJ.w of the Corporation of the County
of mlgin to make a gran'õ to ai.d in the construetion of a
Memor ial Hospital in st. ~l'homas requires for its validity
the assent of the electors, and it is expedient and necess-
ary to pass this by-law for the purpose of enabling the
electors to vote on the proposed by-Taw,
Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the
Corporati.on of the County of Elgin as fol10ws;-
1. The votes of the electors of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin shall be taken on ,the said proposed
by-law on ~'uesday, the sixth day of June, A.D. 1922,
between the hours of nine o'clock in the fOTenoon and
fi.ve 0 I clock in the afternoon, at the following places
