The Elgin County Council enacts;
THA'.r the Warden and Treasurer be and are hereby
~¡thorizedto borrow the sum of Two Hundred Thou-
sand Dollars, as may be required, to meet the
current expenditures of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin during 1922, and give as security
therefor, notes of Ten o~ One Thousand Dollars
each.
