TO AUTHORIZE TijE WARDEN AND TREASURÞÆ TO BORROW THE SUM OF
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAHS
The Elgin County Council enacts;-
THAT the Warden BJ1d Treasurer be and are hereby
authorized to borrow the sillllof Two Hundred Œhousand
Dollars, as it may be required, to meE)texpenditures
of the Corporation of Elgin during 1923, and give as
l3ecuri ty therefor, notes of One Thousand or Ten Thou-
sand Dollars each.
