TO AUTHORIZE rITE WARDEN AND TREASURER TO BORROW THE

The Elgln County Council enaots:
That the Warden and Treasurer be and hereby
authorized to borrow the sum of rwo Hundred Thousand

Dollars from the Bank of Montreal, as it may be
required to meet expenditures of the Corporation of
Elgin during 1925, and give as security therefor,
notes of One Thousand or ren J.þusand Dollars each .
